Toilets (1975)

Made directly out of wax and cast in bronze, these were schematic figures (male and female). They followed the subject of my last sculptures, but with very different plastic solutions. A second series of these bronzes is polychromatic and the topic strayed further from that of the figure, although they could be interpreted as collections of tools used by the figure itself. Only the latter of these two series was ever shown, as part of an individual exhibition at Galería Vandrés (1976).
